Hear the 80 member American Legion National Championship Band, perform a symphonic Pops program in the spectacular style and tradition of John Philip Sousa. On the program are famous marches, Great Waldo Pepper March by Henry Mancini, Defying Gravity from"Wicked" by Steven Schwartz, The Thunderer & The High School Cadets by John Philip Sousa, Pineapple Poll Suite: Mvt #1 by Arthur Sullivan, Danzon (No. 2) by Arturo Marquez, Porgy and Bess (Selections) by George Gershwin, Tico Tico by Zequinha Abreu, Pique Dame Overture by Franz von Suppe, familiar show tunes and rousing military band spectaculars!
