Join us the weekend before Earth Day for an interfaith celebration "Spring on the River" sponsored by Interfaith Partners of SC!
Saturday, April 19 from 12-3pm
201 Naples Ave, Cayce SC - Riverwalk Pavilion
-------ACTIVITIES-------
- 12-1pm - Enjoy a community picnic potluck - bring a dish to share!
- 1pm - Join Gin Fenn as she leads a Forest Bathing walk in the woods along the Congaree River.
- 2pm - Experience with us a Blessing of the Waters with a group walk down to the Congaree River as we sing together, blessings and prayers from various faith groups, and a mingling of waters from around the world.
As well as...
- Meet our IPSC Faith Representatives and learn about other spiritual paths and religions!
- Engage in community service by picking up trash in the park for our cleanup project.
- Learn about the work that Interfaith Partners of SC is doing around the state and how you can be part of this integral work.
-------BRING-------
If you are coming for the picnic potluck, bring a dish to share with us as we eat together in interfaith community.
If you are coming for the Blessing of the Waters, please bring a little water from your own spot in the world to add to our water - it can be from anywhere including your own home.
