Autumn Meditation group.
A small group of like minded ladies. I welcome you into my home where you will find deep comfort and Relaxation in our meditation class.
Wear comfortable clothing. Meditation mats if you wish. Blankets and pillows.
Make sure you have water with you too.
This is £15pp bank transfer on booking
I can take 10 people with 3 laying down the rest sitting.
Give yourself plenty of time to get to the farm as we will be starting at 11. 30am.
