Suitable for all levels of ability, we always begin just by allowing ourselves to relax and check in with how we are doing. Followed by a guided meditation which will focus on the new growth, transformation and life in Spring.
A gentle sound bath to finish.
No experience is needed, just an openness to experience this wonderful event.
