Join myself (Katie Carswell) for a rejuvenating weekend retreat at the stunning Sambogaya Retreat Centre, nestled at the foot of Glastonbury Tor, often called the Heart Chakra of the world.
This retreat is designed to nourish your body, mind, and spirit. Together, we’ll explore the magical synergy of crystals and Kundalini-inspired yoga, working with the fresh, transformative energy of spring. Whether you’re setting intentions for growth, releasing what no longer serves you, or simply seeking rest, this retreat offers a unique and gentle space for everyone—no previous experience required.
What’s Included:
Luxurious accommodation in the bohemian elegance of Sambogaya, with handmade beds, organic mattresses, and beautiful surroundings.
Delicious, homemade vegan and gluten-free meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner).
Kundalini-inspired yoga, crystal workshops, reiki, sound baths, and more magical experiences.
A mini reiki treatment.
Time to explore Glastonbury’s sacred sites, rest, or journal.
Retreat Cost: £444 per person
Deposit: £222 to secure your spot (balance due by 1st March 2024).

7.30am: Morning Yoga
9am: Breakfast
Relax, explore, or enjoy your mini treatment
1.30pm: Lunch
Afternoon free for journaling, resting, or exploring the sacred lands
6pm: Dinner
Evening: Chakra Dance Workshop
