Participants practice twice per week at Premier Academy. All teams practice on Tuesdays from 7-8:45p and then one day based on what grade they are in (Wed, Thu or Fri). Teams will compete on 5-6 dates, mainly Mondays in the NWO League @ Premier & TVC
