Spring Equinox Yoga & Sound Bath

Celebrate the arrival of the Spring Equinox — a moment when light and dark meet in perfect balance, marking the transition into a new season of growth and renewal. 🌷

Join us for a grounding and rejuvenating experience that begins with a 60-minute all-levels yoga flow, designed to help you move, breathe, and reconnect with your body. We will close the practice with a 15-minute sound bath, allowing the vibrations of sound to settle the mind and bring the body into deep relaxation.

This special class is an opportunity to pause, set intentions for the season ahead, and welcome spring with mindfulness and presence.
