SPRING INTO YOGA: A 5-CLASS SERIES TO EXPLORE YOGA & MINDFULNESS
Refresh your mind and body with this five-class yoga journey, designed to introduce you to the benefits of yoga and help you explore a variety of styles in short, accessible sessions. Each class blends education, breathwork, movement, meditation, and sound healing.
This series is designed for those new to yoga and anyone looking to expand their practice. You will be introduced to a variety of breathwork techniques, yoga styles (including restorative, yin, hatha, vinyasa), meditation approaches (anchoring, visualization, yoga nidra), and sound healing techniques.
