Join us for a deeply restorative Sound Bath Experience led by sound healing practitioner Jessa Brooke at Altered States Wellness Richardson. This immersive journey will bathe you in healing vibrations, guiding you into a state of profound relaxation and inner peace.

Meet Jessa:

Jessa Brooke is a certified sound healing practitioner and meditation teacher with energy rooted in earthy, grounded presence and guided by heart centered, intuitive sensitivity. Jessa’s offerings are expressed through her soothing voice, crystal singing bowls, and rhythmic drums to create a meditative soundscape backed by her reiki practice that allow states of deep rest, emotional openness, and energetic realignment.

A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants are enveloped in the soothing frequencies of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other sound therapy instruments. This practice encourages deep rest, reduces stress, and supports emotional balance.
