In this hour long workshop we will connect, move, and renew/transcend/transform our personal identity into what is true for us at this present time in our lives. You will be guided through a brief grounding with the application of essential oils, walked through a transformative exercise where we will acknowledge who we are and create who we are becoming, anchor our empowering awarenesses with movement, and then close by powerfully stepping into our new "selves."
