Spring Into the Kitchen is a friendly, donation based cook-up session as part of Thriving with the Seasons.

Join us for a relaxed spring afternoon with Beccy Jones from Beccy Jones Health Solutions exploring simple seasonal food, practical kitchen skills, and the confidence to make nourishing food at home.

This session is about more than just recipes. It’s about reconnecting with spring, learning through food, and coming together in a warm and welcoming community space.
