Spring Into Strength is a fun, energizing outdoor event at Performance Health and Fitness on Saturday, May 2nd from 10β11 AM. Start with a 30-minute strength workout to build power and confidence, then flow into a 30-minute yoga session to stretch and recover. Stick around after for a relaxed social hour to connect with others in the community. This event is free and open to the public. Bring a friend and enjoy a great morning outside! Sign up is free but required!
