As nature blooms, so can you. Spring Into Spring is a heart-centered workshop designed to help you release the heaviness of winter and step into this new season feeling refreshed, empowered, and deeply connected to yourself.

Through a blend of guided self-reflection, chakra healing, essential oils, sound bowl healing, Reiki energy, somaticmovement, and community connection, we’ll create a space for profound healing and renewal. You’ll write letters and affirmation cards to your inner child, embrace movement to regulate your nervous system, and engage in watercolor art therapy—a gentle, creative way to release what’s ready to be shed and set heartfelt intentions for the spring ahead.
