Join Texas Health Community Hope for a morning at the Helping Hand Market Garden to “Spring Into Gardening” with a hands-on workshop focused on preparing your garden for the season ahead. Learn and engage in spring bed‑prep and seed‑starting activities led by Blane Rogers, Garden Director at Brother Bill’s Helping Hand, and Adrianna Olivarez, Urban Farming Coordinator for Dallas AgriLife Extension. Discover simple, economical ways to grow with what you already have and gain practical skills to kickstart your spring garden!
There is no fee to participate, however, advanced registration is required and spaces are limited.
Texas Health Community Hope is planting the seeds for a healthier community by creating opportunities to learn directly from local urban growers. The “Locally Grown Experience” features hands-on activities presented by local growers in North Texas.
