As women, we carry a lot.

We show up for our families, our communities, our work, and the people who depend on us—often without ever being given the space to simply pause and take care of ourselves.

Spring Into Alignment was created to offer that moment.

This intentionally curated gathering invites women to step away from the constant expectations of daily life and reconnect with themselves in a calm, welcoming environment. It’s about holding space for yourself—to be yourself, by yourself.

For a few hours, we’re pressing pause on the rush of everyday life to relax, breathe, laugh a little, and reconnect—with ourselves and with each other.

Through guided prompts, thoughtful conversation, and shared community, we’ll create space to slow down and realign with the parts of ourselves that deserve attention too.

This is not a workshop or a lecture.
This isn’t about having everything figured out.
It’s about showing up as you are.

While this space centers women—especially women of color who are often expected to carry the most—it remains open to all women who value intentional connection and respect the energy of the space.

Whether you need a moment to reset, a meaningful conversation, or simply time away from the daily hustle, this gathering is for you.

Think of it as a pause button for your mind and spirit—with good conversation and something warm in your cup.
