Spring Greens! Wild food forage, cook and feast

Let's celebrant Spring-in-full-Swing by coming together for a seasonal feast! While this time of year is traditionally known as the 'hungry gap', the wild plants are vigorous, the ducks and hens are a-laying and the milk is flowing. With food we have stored away and wild food we can gather, we can eat very well!

During this workshop we will learn to recognise and gather a variety of wild plants from the hedgerows, meadow, watersedge and woodland. We will make them into a tasty meal of soup and salad, accompanied by decorated eggs, handground cornbread, yoghurt and summer fruit preserves.

The meal will be vegetarian, drawing on eggs and milk. Please advise if you are vegan, dairy or lactose-intolerant or have any other dietary requirements, and we will discuss options with you.
