This event is perfect for those looking to explore oneself through stillness, creativity, connecting with nature, and building community with like-minded people!
What to expect:
Nature Mandala: Art therapist, Jana, will lead us in collecting natural materials, we will create a collaborative mandala inspired by themes of growth and renewal. We will explore the creative process and weave our individual parts as a whole creation.
Forest Bathing: Brittany of Rooting in Nature will lead us on a guided, mindfully immersive forest bathing walk that invites you to slow down, open your senses, and connect with nature and yourself through gentle movement, meditation, and a tea ceremony at the end to reflect and share.
Riverside Sound Bath: Surrounded by the peaceful embrace of nature, we will lay by the riverside and experience an immersive sound journey that will conclude our day of events before we meet for a family style dinner back in the barn and reflect on day we had together.
