This October I am offering two workshop courses. Both are open level. They will run ONLY if minimum numbers are booked so please secure your spot early to ensure we can go ahead!
Sat 12 Oct - 10.30am - 12pm
Shimmy Technique & Drills
Want to polish your shimmy technique, layering and control, drill til you're dancing in your sleep? In this 1.5hr workshop you'll get that, plus more! Kalikah will clearly break down shimmy and hip technique & posture to really get your hips going, with some fun exercises, some cool combos and rockin' beats!
She will also introduce travelling shimmies layered with a signature twist - we're dancing to heavy metal & industrial beats to get the blood pumping & the party started! Rock out and get your shimmy on! This will be a high energy, fast pace class so be ready to sweat it out.
Level: Open level, recommended at least 12 months experience.

Nataraja Tribal Fusion Choreography
It's back! Our popular term 2 choreography is back for one intense session, where we explore a slinky and ethereal choreography to "Nataraja" by Solace. Whether you are returning to review the choreography or a first timer, in this 2 hour workshop we will break down each combo for a comprehensive understanding of Tribal Fusion technique. A strong understanding of basic hip lifts, drops, chest lifts, drops, undulations and shimmies are all assumed.
Level: Open level, recommended at least 12 months experience.
