Spring Fun Sugar Cookie Class

We’ll be decorating with a spring fun theme – from worms (don’t worry – these you’ll want to eat) and flowers, birds and rain boots – you’re going to love gettin’ your feet wet in this sugary garden with me! You'll leave class with a great understanding of the basics of sugar cookies plus a few cool techniques we'll cover in class!

This class is for the beginner cookier or for the person who is just curious about what cookie decorating is all about! If you have limited experience with sugar cookies, found yourself frustrated with royal icing, or if you're trying to have fun with family or friends, this is the class for you! We will be doing a fun Valentine’s Day theme set that tastes amazing and will look even better once you’ve completed your decorating!

We provide everything you will need from cookies, icing, sprinkles, and a box to take your awesome creations home in - we just need YOU! Each to-be-baker gets 6 cookies, 4 icing colors, sprinkles, and all the tools necessary to knock this cookie class out of the park! Everything is prepped right before class – so no baking or icing mixing required. Just decorate!

This class is on Saturday, February 28th and starts at 10 am -12 pm sharp so we can have enough time to decorate and answer along the way. Come by yourself, bring your best friend, or bring the family - we have seating for up to 15 people! It's a blast whether you're coming with a friend, family member, or solo! This class is for ages 8+. If your child is attending, a parent/guardian must stay with them for the duration of class.
That means each guest needs their own ticket (one for the kiddo + one for the adult). We don’t have room for extra spectators, and we also can’t accept drop-offs — so your grown-up is officially your cookie decorating sidekick!

The class will be helped at the Magnolia Soap & Bath Co. in Lithia, FL located at 3432 Lithia Pinecrest Rd, Valrico, FL 33596.

A little about me: I’ve been baking sugar cookies since 2019– and I’ve not put down a scribe since (don’t know what a scribe is? I’ll teach you in class!). My favorite cookie themes to decorate are birthday cookies– but I can do pretty much anything if icing’s involved. I love what I do –who wouldn’t love making cookies?! It’s the sweetest job in the world!

Cancellation/Refund/Sick Policy:

Showing Symptoms Before 7 Days Out:

If you’re sick prior to the 7-day refund cutoff, you can cancel for a full refund! And might we say thank you for quarantining. Request a refund through eventbrite.

Showing Symptoms After 7-Days Out:

For any sickness symptoms prior to your class’s start time but after the 7-day refund policy, please email us before your class’s start time, and we’ll give you a credit for the next class!

You Don't Show Up or Email Prior To Class:

If I do not hear from you before your class’s start time, and you do not show up for class, I won’t be able to offer you a refund or a credit even if you're sick. So please reach out before class if you’re feeling sick!

Allergens: Heads up – these cookies include the following ingredients: flour (bleached wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine, mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), butter (cream, salt), powdered sugar, granulated sugar, meringue powder (Sugar, Dried Egg Whites, Corn syrup solids, Gum arabic, Vanilla, Titanium dioxide, Cornstarch, Citric acid, Potassium Hydrogen Tartrate), eggs, light corn syrup (corn syrup, salt, vanilla), vanilla extract (vanilla bean extract, alcohol, sugar), The Sugar Art, Chefmaster, Americolor food grade color, Cornstarch

Please note – these cookies are prepared in a kitchen that also bakes with common, known allergens: Dairy, Eggs, Wheat, Nuts

Weather Policy: Sometimes Jack Frost doesn’t play well with cookie class schedules, and Mother Nature seems to be takin’ notes. In the event of inclement weather, I’ll contact you with options – these may differ depending on the weather event, but rest assured – we’ll figure something out!

Eventbrite Fees: Your ticket price includes your ticket fees; however, Eventbrite does not refund its fees. If you cancel your ticket and request a refund prior to the cancelation window expiring, I’ll happily give you a refund less the Eventbrite fee – since I don’t get this fee back either. Eventbrite keeps it regardless of whether you show up or cancel. I know – I hate it too!
