Dearden Woods Day Retreat – 2026Dearden Woods is one of my favourite places — a sacred space I return to again and again for my own self-care, reflection, and holding space. It’s somewhere I feel deeply connected, and it’s a place I will continue to share with others.
I invite you to join me for our first full-day retreat of 2026, nestled away in the heart of Dearden Woods, surrounded by nothing but nature. Once you’re there, it truly feels like you’re a million miles away from everyday life.
If you love being outdoors, this retreat is for you. Life can be busy and demanding, and this day is an invitation to pause — to reconnect with yourself, with others, and with the natural world around you.
These day retreats are always truly magical. We’ll spend time in the woodlands and by the river, listening to the birds, walking barefoot, and deeply connecting with Mother Earth. Everyone arrives with their own intention and their own reason for coming together, and that is always honoured.
✨ What the day will include:
• Opening circle to connect and get to know one another
• Forest bathing with Reiki healing
• Fire ceremony — letting go, surrendering, and releasing
. Nature Walk
• Optional drumming, singing, and dancing in the open air — letting our voices be heard
• Sharing a light lunch together
• A soothing sound bath in nature outdoors
The day will be a beautiful journey of connection, nature, laughter, and presence.
