Catherine Raupp's DISRUPTIA lit up Ashland a month ago, as a new, avant-garde dance show presented by local Ashland, Oregon company Tandem Contemporary Dance Collective, via direction choreography of the remarkable Catherine Raupp. A one night only special, the performance premiered January 25, 2025 at the SOLD OUT Southern Oregon University Music Recital Hall. This bold and theatrical concert was the company’s third original evening-length work — and YES each seems to be fuller & more expansive!NOW Catherine has joined creative visionary forces with brilliant Cellist Mihail Palzewicz, a regular at Oregon Shakespeare Festival & Ashland Symphony Orchestra member and consistently featured musician on many S. Oregon stages.
This artistic collaboration is something BOLD, NEW, TENDER and INSPIRING for our Ashland Audiences, co-created by noteworthy local Concert, Festival/Event Producer @Lloyd Barde.
