We are hosting our Spring Flea Market and Craft Fair of Saturday May 17, 2025. The grounds will be opening for shoppers at 8:00 am, and there is no admission fee to explore the property and enjoy the vendors. The restrooms inside the house may be accessed through the back entrance up the ramp. In addition, at 9:00 am, the Benson-Hammond House will be open for self-guided tours for a fee of $5.00. We will be closing from 12:00 pm until 1:00 pm for our house volunteers to have a break and be able to enjoy the event. The gift shop will remain open during this time.
The application will be released here and on our website on March 31st. NO ONE OTHER THAN THE AACHS AND OUR REPRESENTATIVE VERONICA "RONNIE" CAMPBELL HOBBS IS AUTHORIZED TO PROCESS YOUR FEE AND APPLICATION.

Vendors- The gates will open at 6:15 am for you to go to your assigned spaces and set up. Tables, chairs, and canopies are not provided. Shoppers are allowed entrance at 8:00 am. Please be courteous and take your trash with you when you leave as the site does not provide that service. Thank you.
