Pulse Events returns with its third annual Spring Festival: Lunar New Year Celebration, and its biggest event yet at the famed Brooklyn venue Avant Gardner's The Great Hall, honoring the Year of the Snake. On Thursday, January 30, melodic dubstep icon ILLENIUM will ignite night one. Support will be provided by Taiwanese-American producers JVNA, New Yorker Zack Martino, DRUU, & minijoy.
The show is in observance of the beginning of spring on the Lunar calendar on January 29, 2025. It will infuse traditional lion dance performances into the lineup and offer guests an authentic night market experience. In the Chinese zodiac, the snake is associated with wisdom, transformation, and charm. Attendees will be immersed in Asian customs around fortune and good luck and learn the meaning of the New Year, furthering Pulse Events' mission to bridge the East and the West through a collective love of dance music.
