Join Filly with Tri Resonance for a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra and sound bath honoring the energy of the Spring Equinox — a time of balance, renewal, and gentle awakening.As nature begins to emerge from winter’s stillness, this practice invites you to do the same. Through guided Yoga Nidra, you’ll be supported in releasing what feels heavy, planting new intentions, and creating space for growth. Crystal singing bowls and therapeutic sound will help regulate the nervous system, activating the parasympathetic response and guiding the body into rest and calm.
This trauma-informed experience is designed to help you:
* Reset your nervous system
* Reduce stress and mental fatigue
* Improve sleep and inner clarity
* Feel grounded, balanced, and renewed
* Align with the seasonal shift into spring
No movement or prior experience is needed — simply come as you are, get comfortable, and receive.
