Join us for our first Solstice event of the year: Ostara-The Spring EquinoxWe will begin with some gentle yoga and meditation, followed by mindful crafts then nutritious grazing boards with a drink or two!
Please let us know if you have any allergies
Please bring along a yoga mat, if you have one (we have a few spares), and dress comfortably, so you can fully relax
This event is for adults, but if you have an older teen who would enjoy this, they are welcome to attend
