We will be gathering in the back room of Homegrown Provisions for a Special class to welcome in a new season.
Spring is an important time to clear out past, stagnant energy and shift from deficit thinking, to thoughts of abundance.
All levels welcome. Please bring your own mat, a pillow or cushion & dress in layers.
