The Spring Equinox is a time of renewal, balance, and awakening, as day and night stand in perfect harmony. It invites us to shed the heaviness of winter and embrace the energy of new beginnings. Through the stillness of yin yoga and the soothing vibrations of a sound bath, we will cultivate deep rest, inner balance, and an openness to the growth that spring offers.

This special event will be led by Raven Water Blossom, Yoga Teacher & Reiki Therapist. With a passion for guiding others into deep states of relaxation and energetic alignment, Raven weaves together mindfulness, breath, and sound to create a nurturing space for healing and transformation.

What to Bring:

• Yoga mat

• Blanket

• Any props (bolster, blocks, eye pillow) to support your comfort
