Welcome in the spring with an uplifting yoga class where we will root down to rise up! Hattie will guide you through softly flowing movements and breathing techniques to reawaken the body and invite a new season with all the opportunities spring can bring.
An uplifting yoga flow will be followed by a guided mindful meditation and relaxation which will support in planting seeds of intention for the new season ahead.
