Join us for a peaceful evening on the farm to celebrate the Spring Equinox! This special workshop for women begins with relaxing restorative yoga in the candlelight. Then, we'll set intentions for the new season and enjoy a soothing herbal tea drink. Spots are limited, registration is required.
Restorative yoga includes a variety of supported seated and reclined body positions. No yoga experience is necessary! Please bring your own yoga mat; a pillow and small blanket is also highly recommended.
