Spring Equinox Women's Circle

You are invited to an take a moment to relax, renew yourself, and connect to your inner being and other heart centered women at this enchanting evening circle. We will celebrate the emergence of Spring with themes of renewal, balance, and blossoming. We will be presented with a Chinese Tea Ceremony and share our hearts while we sip tea and plant seeds of intention for the new season. We will also plant literal flower and herb seeds for you to take home. We will open our hearts in a nurturing, safe and supportive circle where you are invited to feel comfortable in being fully YOU.

What to Expect:

🌿 Plant Organic Flower and herb Seeds and take them home.

✨ Guided Visualization: Immerse yourself in guided visualization designed to help you explore the depths of your inner self

🌸 Empowering Connections: Forge meaningful connections through sharing with like-minded women who are also on the path to self-discovery. Our circle is a safe space where we uplift, support, and celebrate each other's unique journeys.

🌼 Mindful Practices: Journaling, meditation, ceremony and activities that promote a sense of well-being and help you tap into the abundant source of positive energy within.

✨ Movement - lets get shaking and release tension through movement of our bodies.

Important Info:

• Please arrive at 6:15 to get settled in - no one will be be allowed in after 7:00. This is a sacred space and we do not want disruption.
• 202 event space is next to the Bunker in Westport. You will see a red awning and someone will be at the door to let you in. Parking can found on the street or in the lot North of the building with the horse drawn wagon mural. It is free despite the signs.
• There is a steep set of stairs inside the building (we apologize there is no elevator)
• The theme is floral and feminine but dress comfy as we will be sitting on the floor.
• Bring a yoga mat and blanket and anything to help you get comfy and cozy on the floor.
• We will be planting but it should not be messy; I will have plastic gloves for those who dont want to get dirt under the nails.
