Usher in the spring season by finding balance on and off your mat! As the Spring Equinox brings equilibrium between light and darkness, join us for a yin practice that allows us to practice holding both light and darkness, ease and effort.
Reiki practitioner Andrea will be with us to offer hands on or hands off reiki energy healing during this class.
This class is free for members, and a $25 drop-in for non-members. A donation for Andrea is encouraged, but not required.
