The Spring Equinox celebrates the beginning of the astrological year, as we enter Aries season. It’s an energy of awakening, rebirth and growth. The Equinox has long been considered a sacred time of creating balance and working in harmony with Mother Nature. The days and nights are of equal length, opening a magical portal of darkness and light; an opportunity to balance the duality of our shadow side with our divine essence.
This Sacred Sound Journey will allow us to:
- Shift from stress to a relaxed alpha brain state
- Root into the Earth energies, bringing us a deep sense of inner peace, security and strength
