The Spring Equinox is often associated with balance and renewal, an ideal time to shed that which no longer serves you. Relax and let go, allowing beat frequencies and musical intervals played with gongs, crystal bowls, bronze bowls, drums and other sacred and modern instruments to induce a deeper state of consciousness (alpha and theta brain waves) and allow your higher self to open your intuitive senses.
To fully relax during a sound journey, it’s helpful to bring comfort items like an additional yoga mat or a zero-gravity chair, blanket, pillow and/or eye mask. When your body is supported and free from discomfort, it’s much easier to let go and sink into the deep, meditative states that the sound is meant to awaken.
