Spring Equinox Sound Healing Bath with Reiki Healing Energy.

How will the sound bath with reiki benefit me?

My Spring Equinox sound bath is focused on a combination of sound healing with reiki energy will:

-lower stress hormones and reduce anxiety

-enhance self-love, confidence levels and self-esteem

-bring deep relaxation to the body through balancing brain waves

-aid with pain management and cardiovascular health

-improve sleep

-boost immune system

-enhance your mood by stimulating the release of endorphins

What to expect:

My sound bath with reiki will run for approximately 1 hour. Please try to arrive 5 minutes before, however if you are stuck in traffic do not panic or stress. My sound bath with reiki will flow as follows:

1. Grounding meditation – spring equinox grounding meditation focused on revival, renewal and rebirth.

2. Sound Bath – receiving sound healing from a combination of quartz crystal bowls, tibetan signing bowls, ocean drum and healing chimes and bells.

3. Reiki Healing Energy - sending reiki healing energy to my class participant’s solar plexus energy centre/chakra.
