March 21st brings us the first full day of spring. This is a time for rebirth and new growth. It is a time for symbolic activities like egg hunts, spring cleaning, and other cleansing rituals. These traditions connect to the balance between day and night. They invite fresh energy for personal growth. We encourage you to bring with you any "seeds" (ideas, intentions, even physical items) to be infused with good vibrations! This is a return to balance and sun energy after the dark days of winter. Join us for an hour of Sound Healing with crystal and Tibetean singing bowls, tuning forks, and other healing instruments. Participants will be lying on thier backs or in a supported seated position the entire time. You are encouraged to bring any items that will allow you to be comfortable.
