Spring Equinox Sound Bath

Join AnandaMa and her crystal singing bowls in our stunning Lotus Dome. This experience will create a sense of peace, allowing one to enter a deep state of meditation through meticulously chosen sound vibrations that heal, soothe, and nourish our entire being. Register now as space is limited.

Different frequencies of sound affect our body so profoundly that we can dance with joy with one sound (music or words) or be shaken to our core with sounds that anger, hurt or scare us. Crystal singing bells use vibrational sound and special frequencies proven to reduce stress and aid one in entering a deep state of relaxation.

You’re welcome to join us for a soothing evening yoga session with Jatila beforehand (6-7pm, separate sign up), or arrive just for the sound bath.

Suggested attire: Comfortable yoga clothes and layers, perhaps an eye cover or pillow if you like. Blankets will be provided.
