Spring Equinox Sound Bath

On the Wheel of the Year, the Spring Equinox marks the midpoint between winter and summer. The Equinox is a time for rebirth, renewal, and new beginnings. As the weather gets warmer, the flowers and trees begin to Bloom Again and the animals begin to awaken from their winter hibernation. On the Equinox, the day and night are equal symbolizing balance and harmony between the masculine and feminine energies and between darkness and light.

The Equinox is a time for spiritual renewal, joy, and light. A time to shed the cold, dark winter and step into the sunlight. This is the intention that I will be holding for this Sound Bath. Please join me on Thursday March 20 from 6:30-7:45pm for a restorative Spring Equinox Sound Bath at Bloom Again consignment store.

Bloom Again is located at 18794 Brookhurst Street, Fountain Valley. It is a new, women owned, local business who’s mission is to leave the world a better place for our children. They focus on sustainable, eco-friendly fashion and are all about breathing new life into pre-loved clothes and home goods. Sellers can rent a booth and sell their clothing and other gently used items. At the end of the week, sellers will have the option to either take their unsold goods back or donate them to those in need. Bloom Again has partnered with Robyn’s Nest and Colette’s Children’s Home, two nonprofit organizations based in Huntington Beach.

Robyne’s Nest provides at-risk and homeless students, who have little to no parental support, with the resources to complete high school, while Colette’s Children’s Home offers a safe place and vital services for women and children in need.

It is one of my personal goals this year to support small and local businesses and give back to my local community, so I couldn’t be more excited to partner with Bloom Again.

The cost to join is $33. Cash, Venmo, or Zelle is accepted at the door (avoid Eventbrite fees!), however, please contact Ariana in advance to reserve your spot. Space is limited to 20 people. Be sure to wear comfortable clothes, and bring a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow. An eye mask is also recommended for additional comfort.

About the organizer:

Ariana is a Master Level Reiki Practitioner, a certified Sound Bath Facilitator, and Certified Hot Yoga Practitioner. She is also currently completing a certification to become a Functional Medicine practitioner and plans to also become a certified Health Coach. Since becoming Reiki certified in 2010, Ariana has been on a personal healing journey and has seen how diet and lifestyle truly affect one's emotional and mental being. She believes that a holistic approach to healing offers so many benefits and can compliment western medicine. It is her intention to support others on their healing journey so that they can overcome burnout and anxiety to become their highest self.
