As nature begins to bloom, we, too, are invited to plant the seeds of growth, expansion, and transformation. This sacred turning point encourages us to shed the heaviness of winter and embrace fresh energy, clarity, and light.
A sound bath helps us attune to the vibrations of the equinox by guiding us into deep relaxation and energetic alignment. As the soothing frequencies of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other sacred instruments wash over you, they gently bring balance to the mind, body, and spirit—mirroring the equilibrium of this powerful celestial moment.
