As we become more tilted towards the Sun and have longer daylight, this is a beautiful reminder of how the Light always returns and shines again. It is a beautiful time to clear out stagnant energy, celebrate new beginnings and give birth to new things. ✨

Equinoxes only happen twice a year so come take advantage of this rare occasion!

Throughout the sound bath Grecia will play different instruments including crystal and tibetan singing bowls, drums, chimes, gongs and more. In sound meditation, the vibrations help shift the brain into a more relaxed state promoting healing and well-being.

The class will end with a community circle and gathering where we will enjoy a bluberry tonic mocktail and journal our intentions. 💕
