As the light returns and nature begins to stir, join me for a morning of renewal.The Spring Equinox offers space to pause, realign, and set intentions for the season ahead.
We begin with an energising, embodied yoga practice designed to open and awaken the body.
Intentions are set with a short meditation, intuitive card pull and a deeply restorative sound bath with Helen Phillips follows.
The morning closes with a gorgeous seasonal lunch from Roots & Thyme, honouring new beginnings. You’ll receive a little gift to take home, a reminder of your turning point in the year.
