Spring Equinox Opening Ceremony: Cacao, Sound Bath, Flow, and Meditation

We recently partnered with Function Pilates in Chandler. Please come help us set the energy and tone of where all our future events and 1-on-1 sessions will be held! It seems only natural to open our events the same time Mother Earth opens with Spring and the stars begin their cycle again around the Zodiac with the Astrological New Year.

What to Expect:

• Cacao ceremony to connect with the heart and set intentions for yourself and for the new space. (bring your journal!)
• A sound bath to clear energetic debris and stress to come back into balance.
• Guided movement flow to connect to your body's natural movement and energy.
• A guided meditation to connect with your future self for the new astrological year.
• Space to connect inward, rest, and receive.
• Prizes! Every attendee is entered into Raffle to win a free future event ticket or mini sessions with Tiff or Crystal.
• Optional mini intuitive readings and energy healing sessions for a discounted rate directly after the event from 3-4:00.

No prior experience with meditation, or sound baths is necessary. Come exactly as you are.
