Spring Equinox: Nature Walk, Sound Journey, Herbal Tea

We’ll begin with a gentle nature walk to connect with the rhythms of the earth.

Our walk will lead us to a peaceful spot by the lake where we will settle in for a deeply restorative sound journey, using therapeutic sonic instruments to support rest, reflection, and inner healing.
We’ll share a seasonal herbal tea and close with spring intentions to integrate the experience.

Water, blanket to lay on, an open mind, and an open heart 💚

Journal and pen, a crystal or any sacred item that can support your meditation or intention (something meaningful to you)
