Mini Retreats to celebrate the 4 quarters of the year.
Held at Chain Lane Community Hub in Knaresborough, we will meet to celebrate the Spring and Autumn Equinoxes and the Summer and Winter Solstices.
The sessions will be from 10am to 1pm, incorporating Meditation, Asana, Chanting, Pranayama, Nidra, refreshments and cakes.
The dates are March 16th, June 22nd, September 21st, December 14th, all Saturdays.
The cost is £35 per session or £120 if all 4 are booked. Please note refunds are not given unless the space is filled. Spaces are limited to 10.
