Join me for a mini retreat to celebrate the beginning of spring with the spring equinox. Officially celebrating the new year and end of wintering ready to bloom with spring!
The morning will consist of an array of restorative and relaxing activities and practices indoors with the beautiful atlantic views to replenish your mind, body and soul before we head out for a dip (optional)
This will include mindful movement, meditation & breathwork, crystals, aromatherapy, journaling, cacao and sound bath finishing with a sea dip at 12pm. The full itinerary will be available closer to the time.
All food and refreshments will be included This includes a healthy brunch and refreshments. All dietary requirements will be catered for, just please notify me of any on booking.
Everyone who attends will also receive a small gift but the biggest you will receive is giving yourself this day of self care ✨️
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, cushion (optional), towel and warm clothing for after your sea dip.
