Spring Equinox Herbal Walk, Lowndes Park, CheshamOn Friday 20th March, the Spring Equinox, I’ll be leading a small guided herbal walk through Lowndes Park. We’ll look at early spring medicinal plants and trees, share a little folklore, and explore how these plants are used in modern herbal practice and in my dispensary.
It’s a relaxed couple of hours outdoors, properly noticing what’s emerging as the season turns. We’ll walk just over 2 km, with some uphill sections at the start. Please wear good walking shoes and dress for the weather.
Only 8 spaces available - everyone gets a little present and a handout with recipes.
