Each month Chelsea and Kelsey collaborate on a theme, using Yin Yoga, Acutonics, Sound Journey Meditation and Expressive Integration to explore our deeper selves together in community. This month we celebrate the incoming spring, our theme is Growth. We will utilize guided visualization throughout our practice to explore our inner garden, seeking areas of ourselves that could use more tending, watering our needs and planting new seeds of change! Our integration activity will build on this theme, planting our intentions and some seeds that will grow into beautiful flowers in a take-home planter. limited spaces and registration required go to www.mellowmountainyoga.ca
