🌸 Spring Equinox: Flowers & Flow 🌸Welcome the Spring Equinox with a nourishing morning of movement, mindfulness, and creativity at our flower farm in Colorado Springs.
We’ll begin with a gentle, all-levels yoga flow led by Root Center for Yoga, designed to help you step into the season of renewal, balance, and awakening.
After class, you’ll enjoy a guided dried flower and botanical craft experience. Choose to create either:
A hand-tied dried flower posie bouquet, or
A simple everlasting floral embroidery to take home and enjoy for years to come.
✨ Your ticket includes:
A 45-minute all-levels yoga flow
A guided dried flower & botanical craft project
Light refreshments including coffee, mimosas, and pastries
Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle — and feel free to invite a friend. This experience is a beautiful way to slow down, reconnect, and honor the longer days, fresh energy, and quiet magic of spring on the farm.
