On Friday 20th March, we gather on the powerful threshold of the Spring Equinox — a moment of perfect balance between light and dark, rest and renewal, winter and awakening.

🌿 Qi Gong with Zoe – Silver Spiral Health
We begin with grounding, flowing Qi Gong to awaken the body, move stagnant energy, and gently reconnect you to the rhythm of nature and your own internal landscape.
🌬️ Soma Breath with Sam – Shift with Sam
You’ll then be guided through a Soma Breath session combining rhythmic breathing, music, meditation & intentional breath holds to:
* Calm the nervous system
* Increase energy and clarity
* Release stored tension
* Create space for renewal and intention
🥁 Reiki Drum Journey – Closing Together
We finish by weaving our energies together in a deeply restorative Reiki-infused drum journey, allowing integration, grounding and deep rest as your body absorbs the work you’ve done.
This is not about pushing or forcing — it’s about listening, softening, and allowing your body to recalibrate in its own time.
