Spring equinox is an exciting time of year, as we invite the light back into our lives and celebrate a complete balance between day and night.☀️
Come and retreat with us as we honour the Spring Equinox and get ready to welcome in renewed energy, helping us to cleanse our body and mind. A time for transformation, as we see nature awaken and feel the earths vibrancy returning.
This will be a nourishing afternoon starting with gorgeous cacao, followed by intention setting for this new season ahead, meditating and creating a flow for reawakening, as we move through reiki infused yin yoga, accompanied by sound to restore and release, conscious connected breathwork to clear and energise and healing through the rhythm of a powerful drum journey.
As we come together in circle and the day unfolds, you will enjoy a afternoon of practices and treats, which will include;
