Spring Equinox Circle of Fire!

Celebrate together the light and the dark! In the northern hemisphere we welcome the return of the Sun. The source of our vitality. As we stand in equal light and shadow we appreciate the power of both day and night, masculine and feminine. It is the time for penetrative transformation.

Class will begin with a consciousness circle: Tune in, ground, shield, and connect with the circle: each participant will state their purpose.

Movement: We will include kriya, rhythmic movement and dancing.

Breath meditation: Pranayama to support and expand intuitive awareness, relaxation, and energetic balance.

Plus a relaxation journey supported by Isa playing drums, and a guided meditation/nidra by Angee. Gong bath to end this portion.

Conclusion: Fire ceremony—each person will ask a question, write an intention, and or let go and offer something into the fire. Each participant will receive a candle to take home with them and a Equinox gifts to support their purpose.
